COMMODITY HOUSE
Hodari Properties was appointed as developer for this Phase 2 project, after conducting a due diligence project relating to the purchase of the Phase 1 building for this office park.
The Hodari Properties team hired local expertise and team members, including labourers, an architect, and structural engineer. Hodari Properties assigned a Project Lead, Antony Arbuthnot, to the project, with Antony traveling to the construction site every two weeks. Professional team members from South Africa were selected and placed in Mozambique when required.
The S&C Office Park, tenanted by Anadarko, comprises a six-story commercial office building with four basement parking levels and storage developed in 2013. The building was commissioned and fitted according to the specifications of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, who is also the anchor tenant. This is the Phase 1 building.
