Big Foot Express Freight (Pty) Ltd is a national logistics and express distribution company. To cater for increased customer demands and requirements, Bigfoot began planning to expand their Gauteng warehousing facility. Bigfoot appointed an entire professional team but were unable to meet budget and building requirements. The project was dead before it began.

Unfortunately, insurmountable challenges led to minimal progress when managing the expansion project internally, so Hodari was called upon to assist. Bigfoot opted for a turnkey development solution that enabled Hodari to implement a cost-effective redesign, development and construction procedure. This programme not only exceeded Bigfoot’s expectations and requirements, but remained right on budget too. The Gauteng warehouse is a key operational point for Big Foot’s network of branches and, thanks to expanded space and facilities, it’s now more than adequately equipped to manage increased client demands.
