The Shepstone & Wylie building was developed with the tenant in mind.

Keenly collaborating with the Shepstone & Wylie team, Hodari sought to design and develop a building that delivered beyond the brief, laying the foundation for not only an efficient building that responded to client needs, but simultaneously  had a positive impact on every aspect of their business.

While this building has received much acclaim for its intelligent development and environmentally friendly design, its primary purpose of housing the client’s staff was not forgotten. Creating a better environment for office workers, while maximising the on the magnificent ocean views and implementing key measures to curb the company’s carbon footprint, meant that Hodari committed to creating both a functional workplace, with beautiful design that emphasised its natural scenic location.

The Shepstone & Wylie building stands as a success story, for not only the developers behind it, but for the environment within which it is located.
